We will assist the small business with the following:
1) sourcing their products international;
2) negotiating with the international supplier;
3) assisting with the financing of the products;
4) arranging the logistics;
5) taking the products through importation process with Customs;
6) warehousing the products;
7) handling the delivery of the products to the customer (pick & pack).
Home Based Business Qualifications:
1) able to provide two years of verifiable income from the home based business (majority of the income has to come from the home based business);
2) the product or products has to be the type which is not a “brand name product”, it has to be a generic product;
3) the home based business has the ability to finance 1/3rd of the transaction;
4) the home based business is able to provide a viable marketing plan (how the lager quantity of product will be distributed);
5) willing to commit to this project for two years;
6) willing to sign a Joint Venture Contract (contract will outline the responsibilities of both parties);
7) able to provide business references and credit references.
We will sign a non-compete agreement. We are not interested in taking over your business, we want to help you to take your business to the next level.
