Indian Company Criteria:
1. The Indian Company has been manufacturing the products for at least 5 to 10 years;
2. The Indian Company is the manufacturer of the products; we are not looking for a company who is just a trader of the products (we are not against traders, but it has been our experience that if there are too many intermediaries, the transaction becomes unfeasible for the USA market);
3. The Indian Company should have experience with selling their products to Western Countries such as Europe or Asia, or even some limited experience in selling their products in the USA;
4. The Indian Company must understand consistent high quality requirements of the USA market;
5. The Indian Company is willing to work with us to establish a permanent presence in the USA market place; we are not looking for a company who just sell us their products and after the transaction we are on our own; we are looking for a hands on partner;
6. The Indian Company is willing to commit to a two year effort to establish their products in the USA market;
7. The Indian Company is willing to help us with samples and marketing materials;
8. The Indian Company is willing to provide us with an exclusive distribution rights to the USA based on our performance;
9. The owner of the Indian company must be fluent in English;
10. The Indian Company is willing to work with our local Indian representative.
